Alpha Gamma purchased the minority stake of Itochu in Saphire

Alpha Gamma s.r.o. of Slovakia has purchased the minority stake that Itochu Corporation from Japan held in Saphire Sustainable Development. After the transaction Alpha Gamma owns 19.9 per cent in the Company. The change in ownership does not alter the Company’s strategy, i.e. to develop, implement and operate clean energy and energy efficiency projects in Central East Europe.
